HCM is hiring a full-time Designer for its Senior Living and Affordable Housing Studio in Baltimore. The role supports architectural project teams by developing design concepts, sketches, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, virtual reality presentations, schematic drawings, and visual storytelling; it also involves client and community presentations, site planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, 0–3 years of architectural experience, strong visual communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, and SketchUp.
