MWA Architects is hiring a full-time Designer for its San Francisco infrastructure design studio to support sustainable, resilient architecture projects across water, power, public works, and transportation sectors. The role involves contributing through all phases of design and construction, preparing design studies and construction documents, supporting permitting and construction administration, and working in a collaborative studio environment. Candidates should have 3–5 years of project designer experience in a small to medium firm, a bachelor’s degree in architecture, proficiency in Revit and related design tools, and familiarity with California building codes; LEED accreditation is preferred. The position is in-person Tuesday through Thursday in the San Francisco office with a hybrid schedule, offers a salary range of $73,000–$83,000, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and disability benefits.
