Aje is hiring a full-time mid-level Designer for its Aje Athletica & Studio collections at the Melbourne head office. The role combines activewear and lifestyle apparel design with performance innovation, trend research, mood boards, CAD and tech-pack development, sample and fitting support, fabric and trim selection, supplier communication, and commercial cost considerations. Candidates should have experience in fast-paced design environments, knowledge of garment construction and activewear, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and CAD.
