DTJ DESIGN is hiring a Designer/Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and project delivery in its Austin office. The role manages project teams and consultants, coordinates drawings and technical documentation, collaborates with architecture, planning, and landscape architecture teams, builds client relationships, and provides leadership and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure, and proficiency with Revit, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. The position offers an annual salary of $110,000–$130,000, medical, dental, and ancillary insurance, profit sharing, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits.
