Description
The Interior Design Associate plans and designs interiors for corporate, healthcare, multi-housing, hospitality, and industrial buildings; develops design concepts, space plans, material selections, furnishings, specifications, and construction documents; conducts site surveys and field verifications; and supports client presentations and construction administration. The role requires a four-year interior design degree, 0–5 years of experience, Revit and rendering software skills, and knowledge of BOMA standards and ADA requirements. Compensation is $53,000–$63,000 per year, with performance bonuses and a flexible hybrid model allowing remote work up to 50% of the hours.
