Description
The Designer role partners with customers to plan and design living spaces, delivering elevated CB2 designs through in-store, virtual, and one-on-one consultations. Responsibilities include creating moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration; leading design consultations; meeting sales, KPI, and service goals; and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires basic design knowledge, strong communication, technology proficiency, familiarity with design trends, and at least one year of relevant furniture sales, home decor design, retail, or customer service experience.
