Description
The Designer role supports Crate and Barrel customers through in-store, in-home, and virtual consultations, sales, customer engagement, design-package development, product presentation, and follow-up. The position requires knowledge of home-interior design, spatial planning, fabric and lighting selection, brand aesthetics, and technology such as 2D and 3D floor-planning tools, while also supporting store training and client relationships. One or more years of relevant furniture sales, home-decor design, retail, or customer-service experience is requested.
