Description
The Designer role supports Crate and Barrel customers through in-store, in-home, and virtual consultations, sales, customer engagement, design-package development, product presentation, and follow-up. The position requires knowledge of home interiors, spatial planning, fabric and lighting selection, design trends, and technology such as 2D and 3D floor-planning tools, Google platforms, and video conferencing. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant furniture sales, home-decor design, retail, or customer-service experience, along with client-recommendation and relationship-building experience.
