Description
The Floor & Decor Designer provides consultative design services for residential and commercial flooring projects, meeting customers, developing design concepts, advising on tile, wood, stone, and accessories, and managing projects through installation. The role requires at least one year of interior design or retail/sales experience, basic computer and mathematical skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and the company’s design tools. It offers a minimum base pay of $15.80 per hour, limited travel, warehouse and vehicle-exposure conditions, and medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
