Description
The Designer, Studio Team will provide design support to WS Development’s internal Studio and cross-functional teams across feasibility, planning, design, construction, leasing, and marketing for retail and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include developing design concepts and studies, reviewing architecture, landscaping, signage, wayfinding, lighting, FF&E, and tenant build-out documentation, creating leasing collateral and tenant design manuals, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, 3–6 years of experience, strong design and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Revit.
