DEGUMA-SCHÜTZ GmbH is hiring a Designer/Engineer/Technician for project management in mechanical engineering to support rubber-processing machine projects from order confirmation through production. The role involves independent machine and modernization projects, technical dimensioning and component selection, SolidWorks CAD modeling, technical documentation, supplier and customer coordination, and support for production and assembly. Candidates need completed technician, master craftsman, or mechanical engineering training, at least five years of professional experience in design or technical project support, CAD and manufacturing knowledge, and good English.
