Boll & Branch is hiring a Designer for its Product Design Team to create original textile and surface designs for bedding, bath, and rug products. The role covers hand drawing, digital artwork, repeat and scale development, colorways, renderings, factory-ready specifications, and collaboration with product development, color, materials, merchandising, and production teams. It is based in Summit, New Jersey, with in-person work at least three days per week and remote flexibility on other days. The annual base salary is $75,000 to $130,000, with a possible performance-based bonus; relocation assistance and immigration sponsorship are not available.
