Description
Brooks is hiring a Designer II, Innovation Footwear Designer to create high-quality performance footwear designs, translate innovation concepts into upper, midsole, and outsole sketches and tooling blueprints, and support elite athlete and future manufacturing projects. The role collaborates with senior designers, engineering, development, product management, color and material teams, and overseas production sites, while managing timelines, presenting design concepts, and visiting factories and suppliers. The position is based in Seattle, requires four years of college or equivalent education and five or more years of experience in color, material, textile, or retail/manufacturing design, and offers a base salary of $104,217 to $156,325 per year.
