Description
McAdams is hiring a Designer III to lead and coordinate civil-engineering design efforts from preliminary planning through construction administration. The role prepares site, utility, grading, and construction plans; develops 3D surface models and earthwork volumes; uses Civil 3D for alignments, profiles, surfaces, and pipe networks; coordinates with project teams and regulatory agencies; and mentors new staff. The position requires a four-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology field and 2–5 years of civil-engineering or related experience, with AutoCAD Civil 3D and an EI path to PE preferred.
