Description
PCA is hiring a Designer Intern for its Marshfield, Wisconsin Design Team. The intern will evaluate customer needs, design packaging, build prototypes and samples, prepare CAD specifications for production, and collaborate with customers and team members to optimize manufacturing efficiency. The role requires enrollment in the Packaging Engineering program at the University of Wisconsin - Stout, knowledge of corrugated structural design, CAD proficiency, communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The starting salary is $20.00 per hour, with paid holidays and a 401(k) plan.
