Description
KFI Engineers is hiring a Designer Intern for its Industrial, Process & Agribusiness department, with a Summer Term 2027 start date. The intern will support engineering design by cleaning up 2D CAD markups, modeling structural, piping, electrical, and equipment elements, converting hand sketches to CAD drawings, collaborating with designers, and providing office and project support. The role requires an associate degree in drafting and design, engineering technology, or a related field, computer and MS Office proficiency, communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel; AutoCAD and Revit knowledge are preferred. Compensation is $23.00 per hour, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
