EVERSTAR is hiring a Designer for its R&D team to develop 3D models, assemblies, components, production fixtures, calibration equipment, and system layouts for battlefield equipment and electronic solutions. The role includes preliminary structural calculations, technical documentation, sample manufacturing, bench and field testing, failure analysis, and coordination with engineering departments. Candidates need higher technical education, at least three years of similar experience, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes; MilTech, testing, simulation, and aircraft structural experience are advantageous. The position is based in Kyiv and offers remote work, health insurance, vacation, and market-rate compensation.
