A Desk Quant Analyst three-year program for graduates or early career professionals with a background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or other STEM degrees, working closely with quantitative researchers and traders to maintain and upgrade automated trading strategies, manage large datasets, monitor trading activities, and support research and production processes. The program may lead to a junior role in Quantitative Development or Quantitative Research based on performance.
