Unisys is hiring an L2 Network Support Engineer to provide onsite, hands-on network support for a client’s Hershey, Pennsylvania headquarters, nearby offices, and manufacturing plant locations. The role covers SD-WAN, LAN, wireless access points, Cisco and Arista switching, connectivity troubleshooting, basic configurations, network monitoring, ISP coordination, documentation, and hardware onboarding. Candidates need 6–8 years of network support experience, knowledge of SD-WAN and LAN fundamentals, and willingness to travel to office and plant sites; Cisco CCNA or manufacturing-network experience is preferred.
