Description
Graphcore is hiring a Desktop & Engineering Support Engineer to serve as the IT anchor for its Taipei office. The role provides hands-on support for Windows, macOS, and Linux desktops and laptops, troubleshooting hardware, networks, VPNs, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and engineering tools; managing user access, permissions, passwords, and basic Active Directory or group policy; maintaining endpoint health and on-site infrastructure; and collaborating with global IT and vendors. The position requires travel between the office and third-party factory locations and offers flexible working, healthcare coverage, phantom equity, and other benefits, while visa sponsorship is not available.
