The role provides on-site, daily office support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, smartphones, phones, and other IT devices; includes Windows imaging, Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, remote access, software installation, troubleshooting, IMACD coordination, documentation, and customer service. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, daily office attendance, on-call availability, and travel to nearby sites as needed.
