Description
The employer is seeking a qualified Desktop Engineer for a 24/7 second-shift team. The role supports and troubleshoots desktop and laptop hardware and software, installs workstations, maintains networks and telecommunications systems, resolves LAN, server, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues, manages Windows Active Directory and Exchange, performs re-imaging, data migrations, and restorations, maintains asset records, and coordinates with IT, SLA, and vendor teams. Required qualifications include a college degree or 4–6 years of experience, Windows Active Directory and Office 365 experience, large-office network troubleshooting, printer-system support, networking knowledge, customer service skills, and availability for Saturdays and certain holidays; scripting-language experience and Airwatch MDM experience are preferred.
