Description
The Desktop Engineer will install, configure, and maintain Windows systems and enterprise applications; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; manage networking services, system imaging, backups, and restores; provide remote support; monitor system performance; apply security updates; and document solutions and procedures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, prior experience in a desktop, system, IT support, or administrator role, and knowledge of Windows, hardware troubleshooting, networking, remote support tools, and backup solutions.
