emergiTEL is hiring a Desktop Engineer -II for a seven-month onsite contract in Montreal, Quebec. The role provides Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and networks; troubleshoots hardware and software; maintains Windows, Office, Active Directory, LAN, and VPN environments; supports VIP users and other technical teams; handles network equipment and device deployments; and contributes to IT projects, knowledge bases, and process improvements. The position pays $18–$19.50 per hour with T4 and requires Windows, corporate IT troubleshooting, SCCM, and Intune knowledge.
