Acorn Insurance is hiring a Desktop Loss Adjuster to manage household claims from notification through settlement, including complex and high-value cases. The role covers policy interpretation, coverage and liability decisions, schedules of works, expert reports, reserves, fraud investigation, customer communication, and technical guidance. It is based in Liverpool with hybrid working, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, and a salary of £36,000–£40,000 DOE plus a discretionary annual bonus.
