AlphaSense is hiring a Desktop Software Engineering Manager to build and lead a new Desktop Software Engineering function within Corporate Technology. The role owns desktop application quality and diagnostics across managed endpoints, manages macOS and Windows endpoint management through Kandji/Iru and Microsoft Intune, partners with product engineering and security teams, and hires and develops 2–4 Desktop System Software Engineers. The position requires at least five years of endpoint or desktop platform engineering experience, including two years in people management or a formal technical lead role, along with enterprise MDM and technical leadership experience. Base compensation is $110,000–$150,000 USD, with possible performance-based bonus, equity, and benefits.
