Computer Transition Services, Inc. is hiring an IT Desktop Specialist to provide software and hardware support to clients in an onsite Amarillo role with regular travel to local client sites. The position includes phone and ticket support, on-site projects, system configuration and implementation, hardware maintenance, client communication, and troubleshooting. It requires a high school diploma, a two-year technical or computer technology degree, 2–4 years of IT triage or help desk experience, and the ability to pass a CJIS background check. Initial training involves travel to the Lubbock headquarters for the first 90 days. Compensation begins at $20.00 per hour, with a potential 20% TAE pay incentive paid quarterly after 90 days.
