Description
TEKsystems is hiring a Desktop Support Technician for a contract, fully onsite role in Greenwich, Connecticut. The position provides hands-on IT support to healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and business users, including troubleshooting Windows, hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues; managing Active Directory accounts; deploying and maintaining workstations and technology; and documenting support activities. The role requires at least one year of desktop, IT, or help-desk experience, strong Windows and Active Directory experience, and the ability to provide onsite and remote support. The pay range is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, with potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
