VSO is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Virtual Service Operations team as a Desktop Support Specialist in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The role involves providing workstation software break-fix support, IMAC installation, image loads, asset recovery, printer support, client center tech bar assistance, and IT service management updates. While prior desktop support experience is preferred, training will be provided for new hires. Candidates must be within driving distance of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and be willing to work onsite.
