Description
The role provides end-user and near-desk IT support, including troubleshooting workstations, laptops, tablets, phones, printers, projectors, and other hardware and software; performing daily health checks; supporting meeting rooms; and responding to incidents and service requests. The position requires 1–3 years of Windows desktop support experience, familiarity with Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, Microsoft 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, mobile device management, and helpdesk ticketing systems, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
