The IT Asset Management & Operations Specialist manages the full lifecycle of company hardware, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals; performs macOS and Windows imaging and troubleshooting; supports enterprise software, conferencing platforms, and meeting-room equipment; handles service-desk tickets and repair coordination; and maintains server-room and network infrastructure. The role requires an IT or information systems diploma or degree, Mandarin Chinese and English fluency, at least two years of end-user support experience, and strong Microsoft operating-system and customer-service skills.
