HLM Architects is hiring a First Line Desktop Support Engineer for its Cardiff studio. The role provides front-line IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, Windows, Active Directory, and basic enterprise-application issues; setting up devices and accounts; managing tickets; and documenting solutions. The position requires Windows and networking knowledge, desktop-support experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure, and offers a blended studio and remote work model.
