oneZero is hiring a full-time, entry-level Desktop Support Engineer to work in person at its Somerville headquarters five days per week and provide remote support to its global team. The role handles hardware, software, identity, connectivity, device lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, user support, documentation, AV and networking troubleshooting, and automation opportunities. Candidates need at least two years of desktop or IT support experience, Windows and macOS proficiency, identity and SaaS experience, networking fundamentals, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The salary range is $65,000–$85,000 depending on relevant experience.
