PrideGlobal is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer in Fishkill, New York for a six-month, five-days-per-week onsite role. The position provides onsite and remote technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues; escalating complex problems; maintaining customer service quality; and meeting service-level goals. The role pays $25–$32.14 per hour on W2 and requires desktop and technical support experience, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of hardware, software, and applications, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite in Fishkill.
