Description
The Senior IT Delivery Lead will support Johnson & Johnson Technology Services for manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory operations by delivering infrastructure, application, and platform build-and-run services. The role coordinates incident, problem, change, and release activities; manages service health and major incidents; serves as the technical delivery point of contact; supports GxP, CSV, FDA, and JJT QMS compliance; and directs local IT operations support staff. Required experience includes at least five years in manufacturing or supply chain IT in regulated GxP environments, along with network, ITSM, GxP, IRIS, CMDB, JIRA, and Windows skills.
