The Wonderful Company is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer II to provide frontline technical support for remote users and other employees. The role covers software and hardware troubleshooting, operating system reinstallation, network and Active Directory administration, printer and telephone maintenance, mobile device management, and helpdesk support. It is a five-day-per-week onsite position at the West Los Angeles, California office, with an hourly pay range of $30.00 to $33.00 and medical, vision, dental, and retirement benefits.
