Infinity Natural Resources is hiring a mid-level Desktop Support Specialist in Morgantown, West Virginia. The hybrid role provides frontline help desk and desktop support for office and field employees, including hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, account provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, asset inventory maintenance, documentation, and participation in IT service management and incident response processes. Candidates need an associate’s degree or technical certification plus two years of relevant experience, or four years of hands-on IT support experience in lieu of education/certification.
