Vista Global Solutions, LLC is hiring a full-time Desktop Support Specialist for a 40-hour-per-week, Monday-through-Friday role at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. The position provides tiered IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other user-level resources, including troubleshooting, software and hardware installation, ticketing, documentation, inventory control, and remote or onsite support. The role requires a CompTIA Security+ certification, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to pass a T3 government background investigation; CompTIA A+ or Microsoft desktop certification is preferred.
