Description
SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract with an Arizona state agency. The role is 100% onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and covers desktop and end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows and Microsoft Office support, peripheral configuration, workstation deployments, and user documentation. The contract runs from August 2026 through July 2027, with a competitive W2 rate and a requirement to start within two weeks of an offer.
