All Lines Technology is hiring an on-site Desktop Support Technician in Cranberry and Rochester. The role provides advanced troubleshooting and support for workstations, operating systems, applications, networked hardware, software deployment, mobile devices, multimedia systems, and conference technologies; it also includes automation with PowerShell, process improvement, end-user training, mentoring, and collaboration with the IT team. Candidates need at least one year of computer or network technician experience or equivalent education and experience, along with knowledge of PC repair, Windows, Microsoft Office, SCCM or similar tools, TCP/IP networking, and Windows networking and security.
