Description
Under general supervision, the Desktop Support Technician provides desktop systems administration and technical support for standalone PCs, software, local area networks, end-user devices, peripherals, and the IT Service Desk. The role installs and maintains hardware and software, troubleshoots system and network issues, manages and escalates ServiceNow tickets, supports customers, documents procedures, performs equipment changes and employee training, and may require occasional weekend or overtime work. The position requires 2–3 years of desktop support experience, familiarity with Intune, Windows, Office 365 Tenant Administration, and ServiceNow, with an associate degree and relevant Microsoft, networking, or information security certification preferred or in progress.
