Diverse Lynx LLC is hiring a Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on an onsite basis. The role provides hardware and software support to employees and new hires, including Windows and Mac imaging, troubleshooting, printer support, asset and inventory management, data backup and recovery, repairs, vendor coordination, service requests, and occasional travel between company locations. Candidates need IT experience, Windows and Mac knowledge, network and printer experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and a valid driver's license; CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification is preferred.
