Description
Excis is hiring a Desktop Support Technician in Troy, Michigan to provide onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple laptops and desktops, troubleshoot operating systems and mobile devices, manage hardware refreshes and equipment, maintain asset and inventory systems, coordinate vendor repairs, and support executive and VIP users. The role requires 3–5 years of IT support experience, proficiency with Windows 10 and macOS, basic networking knowledge, printer and AV-system support, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
