Glidewell Dental is hiring an experienced Desktop Systems Analyst to provide hands-on enterprise workstation and desktop support, including remote troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, network monitoring, vendor coordination, change documentation, and Tier 2/3 escalation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, formal information technology education preferred, and at least five years of applications or IT technical support experience, including enterprise application support. The pay range is $27.81 to $34.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee benefits.
