Stream Data Centers is hiring an entry-level Desktop Technician to provide Tier 1 in-office IT support for employees at its Dallas and Frisco, Texas locations. The role handles service requests, troubleshooting, device preparation and deployment, Microsoft 365 and endpoint support, onboarding and offboarding, ticket documentation, and escalations. It requires foundational Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, basic networking understanding, customer-service skills, and a high school diploma or GED; travel between the two locations and occasional after-hours coverage may be required. The base salary is $50,000–$55,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
