Description
Fletcher Building is hiring a permanent Despatch Team Leader for PlaceMakers New Lynn to lead and develop a small despatch team, oversee order picking, loading, dispatching, delivery logistics, fleet utilisation, inventory accuracy, documentation, and safe warehouse operations. The role requires proven leadership or supervisory experience, prior despatch, logistics, or warehousing experience, a full New Zealand Class 1 driver’s licence, forklift experience with an F endorsement, physical capability for heavy lifting, and strong communication and technology skills. It is a full-time 40-hour role based Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.
