Carvana is hiring a Line Lead to supervise and develop hourly associates in an Inspection Center, manage vehicle movement and production targets, coach and approve repairs, resolve conflicts, and maintain safety and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer experience, reconditioning-process expertise, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and availability for overtime, weekends, and variable schedules.
