Description
CoreCivic is hiring a Detention Counselor to work as a uniformed, security-trained member of the Unit Management Team in an institutional, secure setting. The role resolves daily inmate issues, conducts unit rounds, meets with inmates about grievances, supports informal resolution, and maintains cooperative relationships with institution departments. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two years of criminal justice security experience, a valid driver's license, and must be at least 18 years old.
