Description
Ada County Juvenile Services is hiring a Detention Officer I for a female-only day shift from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the County Juvenile Detention Center. The role supervises delinquent youth, maintains security and safety, handles intake and release, monitors residents and the control room, responds to emergencies, provides first aid and CPR, and assists with medical, transportation, and reporting duties. The position pays $23.00 per hour plus DOE and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, POST qualification, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
