GardaWorld Federal Services is hiring a full-time Detention Facility Supervisor in Surprise, Arizona, to supervise detention officers and security personnel, oversee housing and resident operations, enforce security procedures, respond to emergencies, review incident documentation, coordinate facility activities, and provide training and mentorship. The role requires at least three years of experience in active-duty military, detention/corrections, or law enforcement, including one year of supervisory experience, along with citizenship or legal work authorization, a high school diploma or equivalent, background and medical screening, and the ability to work flexible shifts. The position pays $38.42 per hour and is expected to start in late 2026 or early 2027.
